Moving two hours from the time where the first film ended , punk continue the story of Rama ( Iko Uwais ) , a prospective father and novice police officer who survived a deadly raid operation in the nest of a fatal drug kingpin . Having made it out alive from the building full of criminals and gangsters , Rama thought he could continue with a normal life , but he was wrong . Any tough , Rama opponents in the ill-fated building was not more than a bunch of small fish that swim in the pool much larger than he had imagined . His victory has now attracted the attention of the animals were much larger and savage in Jakarta chain of the criminal world .
